1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 4kbd platform at https://4kbd.vip (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&C") in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these T&C, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These T&C apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who interact with the Platform in any capacity. Use of the Platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these T&C and any other policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these T&C by reference.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 4kbd Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all of these requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active.

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is prohibited by local law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer or agent of 4kbd or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must register using your own accurate and complete personal information. Registration on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services on the 4kbd Platform, you must register a personal account. You are permitted to hold only one (1) account per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held may be forfeited at 4kbd's discretion. The following obligations apply to your account at all times.

• You must provide a valid, active Bangladesh mobile number at the time of registration. This number will be used for account verification and transaction notifications.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify 4kbd immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your account security.
• 4kbd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend or close accounts where verification cannot be completed to 4kbd's satisfaction.

4kbd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with your account security obligations. All transactions made using your registered login credentials are your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised them, until you have notified 4kbd of any suspected security breach.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 4kbd Platform are processed exclusively through the mobile wallet payment methods supported on the Platform. 4kbd does not accept credit card payments, debit card payments or international wire transfers. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. 4kbd may add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Maximum transaction limits may apply and will be displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits or withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. 4kbd reserves the right to conduct KYC checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are typically within 24 hours of approval during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

4kbd may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback or other promotional incentives (collectively "Promotions") to registered players. All Promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the Promotion is offered.

• Each Promotion is available to eligible registered players only. 4kbd reserves the right to determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) as specified in the individual Promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only one Promotion may be active on a player's account at any given time unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific Promotion's terms.

• Promotions are intended for recreational players. Systematic exploitation of Promotions (bonus abuse) will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Free spins awarded as part of a Promotion are valid only on specified games and expire after the period stated in the applicable Promotion's terms. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4kbd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or any activity that involves or facilitates the proceeds of crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to place bets, exploit bonuses or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered on the Platform.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using the identity of any other person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification or any other interaction with 4kbd.

4kbd uses a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited activities. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate action at 4kbd's sole discretion, which may include permanent account closure without refund of any deposits or balances associated with the prohibited activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 4kbd Platform, including but not limited to the 4kbd brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, game interfaces provided by 4kbd (as distinct from third-party game provider interfaces), software and code, is the exclusive property of 4kbd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and recreational purposes only. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of 4kbd.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4kbd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content, services or features of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if 4kbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4kbd does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. 4kbd's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these T&C or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 4kbd account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

4kbd collects, processes and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these T&C by reference and is available at https://4kbd.vip/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 4kbd uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform's servers. 4kbd does not sell your personal data to third parties. 12. Amendments to These Terms
